Google Fit now tracks your sleep patterns

When you are ramping down for the night, now Google Fit would be much more helpful. Google Fit, fitness App now tracks sleep patterns from apps that share their data to give a better logic of whether or not you require more shut-eye. If companion apps are not giving an entire picture of your downtime then you can also add to and edit your sleep history. In keeping with recent trends of Google, there is a new dark theme that at night should be kinder to your eyes.

There is a development that can assist activities in your daytime. On iOS fit users can now get route maps for their bike rides and walk much like their Android counterparts do. This consists of workouts which are tracked through smartwatches as well as linked mobile apps.

Over the course of the next week, the updates are rolling out. There are simple additions, but they must help the Google Fit app giving a more holistic view of your fitness that extends well further than your morning runs and gym sessions.
